Play Responsibly with Prestige Spins
Keep gambling in balance
We want play at Prestige Spins to remain a form of entertainment. Gambling is not a reliable way to make money, and every stake can be lost. Set limits that fit your circumstances before you begin.
- Spend only money you can afford to lose.
- Decide how long you will play and keep track of time.
- Check how much you have deposited and wagered.
- Do not chase losses or increase spending to recover them.
- Avoid gambling when you are upset, under pressure or trying to escape other problems.
- Take a break if play is affecting work, study, relationships or everyday spending.
If you borrow, hide your gambling, lose interest in other activities or feel unable to stop, treat that as a reason to pause and seek help. The same applies if gambling causes depression, despair or thoughts of self-harm.
Registration declaration
Registration is not open to anyone who currently belongs, or previously belonged, to a gambling self-exclusion scheme such as GAMSTOP. By registering, you declare that neither situation applies to you. You also declare that you have no current or previous gambling problem. Do not register if either declaration would be untrue.
If you recognise a gambling problem after registering, contact support and ask us to block and close your account. Do not keep playing while you wait to seek help.
Temporary suspension
You can apply a seven-day temporary suspension from the Responsible Gaming section of your account. Choose the temporary account suspension option and confirm the block. Access to the account is then restricted for seven days.
If you ask to unlock the account before the seven days have ended, you must contact support. An early unlock is considered only after your request. It is not automatic.
Self-exclusion
Ask our support team to activate self-exclusion when you need a longer break. A self-excluded account remains closed for at least 30 days and cannot be reactivated during the chosen exclusion period. You can request self-exclusion through support, including our online chat.
Consider asking every other gambling business where you hold an account to exclude you as well. Filtering software can also help restrict access on shared devices, particularly where children or another self-excluded person may use them.
Independent support
Several independent organisations offer information, counselling or peer support. You can search for them by name without sharing your Prestige Spins account details.
- GamCare provides advice, counselling and practical support for people affected by gambling.
- Gamblers Anonymous is a fellowship where people work together on gambling problems and support others with similar experiences.
- Gambling Therapy supports people harmed by gambling internationally.
- Gordon Moody Association provides advice, education and therapeutic support through community, online and outreach services.
These organisations are separate from Prestige Spins. Contact one that suits your needs, or speak with a qualified local health professional. If you believe you may harm yourself or someone else, seek emergency help in your location immediately.
Protecting younger people
You must be at least 18 to register or gamble with Prestige Spins. We perform age checks, including checks connected with payment methods that may be available to younger people.
Do not leave an account open on a shared device. Keep login and payment details private. Browser or device filtering controls can help parents and guardians restrict access to gambling services.
